Generally the care I have been receiving has been excellent, however, the night staff have not been good, although improved of late.
Excellent Physio and OT.

I was very pleased to learn that I have been accepted into Crossways as I wanted to get home as soon as possible. The treatment I received enabled me to very quickly have the strength to climb the stairs, my main concern at the time. I was encouraged all the time with every exercise which helped enormously.
slow at first in trying to walk unaided, the beginning of the second week saw a marked improvement.
I don't feel I can comment on improvement as I can't think of any to make.

All your physio's were:- Exceptional therapists.
1. Ever smiling and helpful
2. Stern and demanding and professional (to get the best out of us)
3. Always gave me the assistance and advise I needed.
4. THEY LISTENED! So that we could work together for my rapid betterment.
IMPROVEMENT - NONE!
Your physio staff were as near perfect as they could be.

Also, If they had any spare time I would have loved to have chatted with them.

My care was excellent. I cannot think of anything to complain about. All the staff were very caring and I shall miss them.
