Both of the therapists I have seen have been very professional but at the same time sympathetic.
They both explained my condition and it's treatment very considerably so that I had full understanding.

All Physio's very friendly and felt they listened to what I was saying.
Would have been better to have some continuity of staff as I see a different person each time.
System of booking appointments within timeframes requested do not work.
(Physio said that too).

Physio very good.
The uncertainty about the actual appointment time is not helpful eg..2pm is not given
intend to be within an hour of that.
