It has really helped me to breath so much better. In fact one of the days I actually forgot I had breathing problems! Its an excellent service. I cant think of anything to improve it as I feel its such a fantastic service and has completely changed my life. I can do so much more now.

For me the care I received from all the staff was first class. They treated me as if I was a person not just a patient, they tried to tailor the programme to my needs not easy when your in a group. I also had 1-1 help which I found very helpful. If I had a complaint it was there wasn't any information available about the course, perhaps Dr's surgery should pout something up?

It has motivated me to go back to the gym and carry on exercising. The young ladies who run the classes are very encouraging. If the opportunity to come back I would jump at it again, thanks.

Very enjoyable time with people of similar conditions, learning a lot from each other. Learned a lot about exercising from very caring people. Six weeks went too quickly!!

I think the exercises are good. It has helped me with my breathing for certain things. It is also nice to be with people who are also having troubler with breathing, you don't feel on your own. The care you have is very good.
