I always arrived before time for my appointments but could be kept waiting up to an hours for my 10-15 of treatment. One of my appointments I was given the wrong location to be at so that was a waste of yours and my time. My latest appointment i sat in the waiting area for 50 minutes and then to be seen for 10 minutes. This really lets the service down.
