I liked the way Jo Wells explained what was going to be done in the session and how she involved myself as well as my other son. Jo was polite and helpful and answered any questions I had regarding my children's speech and explained and gave me ideas to help my children when at home. I would recommend Jo and ask to see her again if I had any concerns regarding speech.
