My ethnicity is none of your beeswax. Disappointed to find out that my appointment time was not an appointment time but a time to turn up and wait an undisclosed amount of time. I've taken time off work and paid for a babysitter and now have no idea how long I'll be here. I wasn't under the impression that this was a walk in clinic, I thought I had an appointment. Staff are friendly.
