Care and sympathy from the outset - I was tired through lack of sleep, in severe pain, stressed about getting to the appointment on time due to car park issues and frustrated that back pain was preventing me carrying out other physio which I needed to do. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Marcus was very calm and understanding and quietly established my area of pain while ruling out serious problems. He explained carefully, suggested exercises to assist, showed me on a skeleton and manipulated my lower back to provide some relief. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me which I very much appreciate.
