Very positive experience, definitely feel the benefit - opportunity to concentrate on myself and forget all the everyday worries. Moving between practice nurse and the workshops was fine but would like to check on my medication. Useful to meet other people with same condition sharing experience. Many thanks to Neethu and Claire for pushing me a bit more. Looking forward to my next uphill amble.
