I had confidence in the treatment and the therapist. I expected it to be successful and it was. The homework was effective and manageable. The surroundings were very comfortable and the meetings were punctual. The therapist has encouraged me to keep up the practice in the future. I look forward to a six monthly follow up session to make sure I am doing the right practice.
