I was seen in my home the day after being discharged from the John Reddiffe hospital by a most kind and helpful OT who came bringing some apparatus that would be useful to me, safe from falls, grateful for all the advice and help with exercises, which I am still doing. I could not have managed without all this help. Thanks.

Nothing I am very grateful for all the help. I have usually good health this last episode knocked me for six and I felt wobbly and lacking confidence. Thanks for Sally.
