It was excellent as nurse explained in full details regarding safety, care, treatment.
Appointment meeting was not rushed which enabled me to understand risks etc.
Suggested improvements
As I found the care/ service was in my mind excellent I do not think you could have improved in this instance.

The team is superb. They are very caring but also very professional, extremely well organised, they connect very well with my daughter yet also assertive and forceful when needed. We really appreciate all the support the team has provided to support our daughter in her recovery and us as a family.
