All the staff have always been respectful, listen, are helpful and patient with me, and understanding so I have no complaints only praise in my treatment, considering my health restrictions. A first class service.

Good - it isn't hurrying now.
Anesthetic injection - would be good to have a count down of how long needle will be in so I know how long I need to remain still.
