I like to say that Hannah and Natasha was good and i felt very satisfied and happy with their visit and felt listened to and they was both very caring. I was given suggestions regarding how to manage my mobility and needs. Hannah and Natasha gave me some literature and contact numbers for other organisations to help and onwards and with mobility aids.

Would have liked more visits ongoing.

I saw Beth and would like to say how amazing and thorough she was and i felt she went above and beyond to help me. Everything was explained thoroughly and i felt very much that Beth listened to me and also organised equipment/Aids to help me manage my condition. Beth contacted other organisations to help and even found extra soloutions to help me and took her time with me and so patient. I received dvds with information on to help guide me. Because of Beth help i am doing really well now. I would personally like to thank Beth for her kindness, patience and all the help which was given to me.

I had a home visit from Helen although she was very good and offered more help in a way to contact other organisations like Home carers i did contact them but felt they was not very helpful and declined their help but as i said Helen was was helpful. Helen sent me some information to do some exercises and did try. Helen also explained to me about getting walking aids.

Although Helen was very good unfortunately i felt she could not answer all the questions i asked as they was about other organisations and required myself to ask around to get additional help.

Helen is a excellent communicator and very caring. Helen explained thoroughly about everything she was saying about exercise to go to a Gym and did arrange for my husband to attend but unfortunately was unhappy with the Gym as they was not very organised. Would like to have more additional visits from Helen as feel my husband needs more.

No improvement needed as Helen is excellent but would like to say that more additional is needed.

Staff hit or miss. Saffron House could do with a good clean. Toilet had dust and urine around it!

All was good! Maybe extend free parking to 1 hour to cover the appointment time.
