The staff were great, they helped in all manner of ways on COPD, keeping fit and health issues. I highly recommend this service.

I am not sure there is any way to improve the service. I ma so pleased to have Talan part.

Patient gave feedback ' Elaine was very through, she was lovely. I did want to go into hospital and I can be a bit difficult when people are trying to force me to do things I do not want to do. She was very reassuring and able to coax me to go, made an appointment with AAU the following morning so I bypassed A&E which was much less stressful. It was the right thing to do as I needed to go on a drip as I was dehydrated. I was very impressed with her and the service"

Charlotte was understanding and helped me to get better and gave me things to help me get on my journey to get better.

Couldn't improve wasn't expecting to have the physio in my own home.
