We always feel our daughter is very well cared for by the staff.

Try to have more consistent staff and have less agency staff so they can get to know the patient better

The speech therapist was really helpful and kind.

Very caring individual who came out. She took time to communicate with my dad and myself. She arranged equipment very quickly and followed up she did not appear rushed.
