Apart from the first NRS visit on June 3rd (which did not materialize and I was left waiting in all day). They eventually came in fortnight later on Monday 17 June all the other appointments to the house were on time, pleasant friendly and satisfactory.

Possibly leave a message on phone next to say they were delayed/ or not coming?
