For my husband to be able to stay at home until the end. Improvements: 1. Less time consuming paperwork for the nurses. 2. On a Sunday afternoon (3 pm) it was unnecessary for the nurse to drive to Abingdon Hospital to get a penk form signed by a duty doctor. The whole process took more than an hour and ran into the nurses own time. Surely technology is up to solving such a problem. The nurse concerned gave indistinctly of her time, but is that fair.
