Pt's daughter gave feedback 'Kirsty was amazing, fantastic. She organised an OT to come and help my mother'.

This was more to do with the OT really. My mother put on a show during the OT assessment and managed to mobile herself. The OT therefore said she didn't qualify for a chair. She has been in agony because she can never do that usually and she is really stuck now.
