[name removed] was fantastic with our daughter. (then aged 5) She supported the whole family through some difficult and challenging times and tailored the sessions to suit us and our daughters' young age. We now feel more confident going forward with lots of tips and techniques to use going forward. [name removed] took the time to speak directly with our daughter instead of just us. She still remembers the conversations she had and knows how to help herself more or ask for help.

Great service. Cannot think of anything we were not happy with.

[name removed] was amazing, she really understood the issues that we had and helped us through a really patch. We come so far under her guidance, we are now at a point that I didn’t think we would ever see and certainly not after a relatively short amount of time. [name removed] was so helpful every week with talking through how things had been and giving advice that would work for us. She also liaised well with other people involved so that we could all work together and give lots of suggestions on how to manage different things. I really felt listened to and understood in each session.

I honestly don’t feel anything could have been done better.

[name removed] was absolutely brilliant. Straightforward, explaining muscle function in a very clear way, giving examples to bring it to life (looking after an aging body is similar to looking after a classic car!). She clearly explained why exercising was so key to retaining what you have and went through each of the exercises step by step. The session gave lots of information and lots to think about. I knew I was really being listened too, which is so important not only to me but to a practitioner as well. Thank you for great service.

[name removed] is worth her wait in gold. She was the first person who sat down and took the time to listen to our concerns, she spent time with us as a family to see the difficulties [name removed] faced in her day to day life. She came to see [name removed] in different settings as well. I cannot express how grateful we are to [name removed] for her service and her level of care. She was empathetic throughout.

i don't think there's anything she can do to improve her service, without a doubt the best health visitor I have ever encountered.

The nurse we saw today [name removed], was great She was very kind and asked lots of questions regarding our family situation. She was understanding and offered great advice on how to manage behaviours.

Waiting times are quite long but we appreciate the effort made by everyone.
