Don’t get the “culture question”. My daughter is 17, so nurse engaged with her which is okay. Nurse was nice, polite and gave her the right attention, treated her with care and supportive. Even checked in with her if she had any question - which was nice.

Felt that both one- ones and group sessions have been invaluable. Exercises tailored to suit.
Extra exercises suggested for further process.
Suggested improvements
Capacity- both in time and space.
I don't feel that the space was fit for purpose- could be over crowded at times.

Informative, friendly approach, safe environment to talk, respectful and compassionate, beneficial to hear of others experiences and gain helpful tips.

My only issue is the distance in which I have to travel however I appreciate the logistics of holding the group in a central pace, but the traveling increases my fatigue and potential there-up.

The service is quite new. All the information is relevant and helpful. Need to take into consideration that not all people will learn from slides and hand outs the exercises helped with this.
