Please allow me to convey a huge amount of gratitude to the dentist and dental nurse. They were integral in helping to provide considerate care and support to a service users with extreme anxiety during the appointment they were able to and me in managing a situation in a calm and considered manner and give reassurance as a result they were able to complete the procedure. This demonstrates how we go above and beyond our roles when faced with things that are not usual.
