I enjoy my Befriending calls with [name removed] and wish for them to continue every two weeks and we have good conversations which i also need. I do feel i need more support but do understand the Befriending service is not clinical.

[name removed] made me feel comfortable to talk about my experiences after my son took an overdose. It was really nice to feel not judged and not like I had failed as a parent. She was really supportive and this is a really valuable service for parents who need a bit of support.

The service works well as it is.

The safety aspect of talking openly in a cozy environment that they have created here at rushden is paramount to me and others who have been here for help. The advice I've been given I note down and take away and study it so it's worthwhile learning I get here. I recommend doing it to anyone in the local area.

[name removed] was fantastic. She listened to how we feed our son, our concerns and then looked at what we did to provide feedback. She also allowed me a safe space to try breastfeeding again after expressing for a number of weeks due to illness. Thank you!

Everything! [name removed] communicated everything to me and discussed all options and plans to help my son. Nothing was too much trouble and she always answered every question I had.
