I feel more face to face appointments would be more beneficial, but the regular calls did help. The nurses have extensive knowledge and this really helped. As the GP did not give support before.

I feel that developing an app would be a step forward where you can record bowl movements, medication taken..consistency etc. Then the nurses could access this to see if the children are on the right path.

[name removed] from Peer support has been amazing. From the start, [name removed] made me feel comfortable to discuss anything and share with her things I would not normal want to talk about. She shared with me her experiences and what helps her. She has encouraged me to try things out and then discuss them and I have learnt so many new skills on how to cope with those bad days. I have felt listened too and valued. She has opened doors for me that I thought were permanently closed. Thank you [name removed].
