The sessions provided by [name removed] the occupational therapist have been very supportive and helped a great deal with my recovery. They made me feel listened to for the first time. The Kick Back at Covid group has been absolutely invaluable. [name removed] and [name removed] are amazingly supportive and the opportunity to speak to other people who are struggling with long covid have been a massive support to my mental health as well as helping me to understand what has happened to my body and mind.

The fatigue management sessions, whilst having some really valuable information, would benefit from a slightly more interactive delivery. For people who were struggling with fatigue and brain fog there was a lot of information that was just read from PowerPoints.
