Penny the speech therapist went out of her way to welcome and reassure me. She told me what was going on at all times and gave me literure relevant to the activities completed with her. I learnt such a lot not just about speech but relaxation techniques and exercises that could be completed throughout any day that would benefit my whole health. I would give her 11/10
