The clinic is great and the staff members are the best however getting an appointment is frustrating. I tried to get through for days and I was on the line for over 2 hours in multiple occasions until I was able to book an appointment. This could certainly improve. Thanks

The way appointments are booked as is very difficult to get through. I’ve been on the line for more than two hours and still unable to speak to anyone to book an appointment
