I have had no issues with experiences in the surgery. Only issues with getting in possession tablets/ meds on /one required.

Better organization of tablets cabinet, 12 if 15 peole have meds sort out trays/ drawers in alphabetical order so to stop the time wasting, it look in every drawer for said persons meds.
