We were looked after during our entire time at tiny steps and I found all of the activities and information very helpful and interesting. It made me feel confident as not only was I being taught new things, but I was able to ask things as well and learn about my baby. We were very lucky to work with [name removed], who was always very friendly, very understanding, very knowledgeable and made things super fun.

Suggested improvements
We really enjoyed tiny steps and I believe that the only thing we would have liked more of would be a session on dealing with illness. We learned a lot about prevention of accidents, but maybe a little advice on what to do when baby gets poorly and some information on different illnesses to be able to spot signs and symptoms, as my baby had strep A which at first just looked like extreme tiredness and lack of appetite. I think that would be a helpful addition.
