[name removed] was always very patient with me, especially when I had to take break from her course of treatment to my voice. She explains everything in an understanding and clear manner and seems happy to be interrupted from time to time. I was greatly encouraged by all aspects of her teaching and always looked forward to my visits- even the parking arrangements have improved!

Suggested improvements

I am very forgetful so a free supply of water might be advantageous. Thank you [name removed], Happy birthday!
