[name removed] and [name removed] have been so kind to me and my sister after dealing with a family members' serious mental health hospitalisation and other conditions. They listen attentively and make sensible useful practical suggestions to use including reading materials and invitations to carers group. They can speak from their own personal experiences and what they have found helpful. This is very helpful because they talk about the need to care about yourself and making time for yourself in these difficult situations we find ourselves in. Our concerns regarding to the handling of my sister's case were swiftly discussed with her line manager. It was helpful to know that we can discuss this further with her line manager when the time is right.
