The way they tried different methods to aid the healing process of my wounds on both feet, i.e. toes and ankle area. I'm not diabetic but it is in the family type 1 with injections, sister and 2 of her grandchildren. I live alone at home. The nurses always have a smile when they come which puts me at my ease.
Suggested improvements
Put on systems "items required" before their next visit ands read before coming.
