I am sorry to hear your bad experience with regards to cleanliness on Avocet ward. We have put in measures to ensure the cleaners and staff continue to work around the clock to ensure the ward is clean and tidy. We have cleaning schedules that staff complete to ensure ward areas are cleaned on a daily basis.
