Overall i found this service very good. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout. I was always listened to was made to feel safe to express my feelings without being judged. I was put at ease by all the staff who were very friendly and if I rang with a query someone always got back to me promptly.

I did feel that I would have benefited from additional sessions. I still had one particular issue that I feel wasn't fully covered and although was given advice of where to seek information regarding this I feel it would have been better for me personally to have had time to have covered this topic in the session.
