Dear district nurses - a few days have passed now since to{ } funeral but I wanted to thank you all for your visits to carry out his drains - it was a difficult time for us but your daily visits were greatly appreciated by us both. The kindness and respect you showed him and the professional was you carried out your role was such a support.
