I have my Tuesday mornings little chat with [name removed]. I ask her about anything that is troubling me and we agree a plan forward of action. We have a laugh - very important, I feel secure and cared for by all the staff even [name removed] on reception, Makessive I have booked in all my appointment.

I am very happy with the service as it is. It is not to clinical as I feel [name removed] would notice if I was not myself and she would act on it. I would ring the emergency assessment team and have, done for advice is something was wrong. I feel so { } is checking on me weakly but not to clinical as to remind me how ill I am. The good light hearted chats we have are very good for my well being - instead of worrying that something else is wrong.
