[name removed] has been the most wonderful, kind, caring and supportive person on our journey. She has been there every step of the way with advice, guidance and support and a shoulder to cry on too. She has gone above and beyond he r job to ensure we have received the best possible care for our son and I will be forever grateful to her for this. [name removed] is a special nurse who I really don’t know where we would be without. She has connected the services for us to ensure we do not get missed. Nobody in the nhs I’ve ever met has been more committed to making sure we get the service we deserve.
