My sons support worker is extremely kind and patient with my son. He recognises his struggles with mental health and is always available to give advice and support. He does not judge and makes himself available to support me and my son whenever needed.
He has been excellent at explaining my sons needs when in employment to his employers
Suggested improvements
Perhaps monitor employers better as my son was employed by Kettering General Hospital who did not help him or make the necessary adjustments to help him succeed in employment with them

Thank you for your feedback which has been passed to the service manager. He will need to speak to the employer with regard to reasonable adjustments.
