I cannot recommended this department too highly. The treatment and advice I received has been immensely beneficial. I was facing an operation for my condition, and was very keen to avoid this scenario. Without the teaching in how to take care of my voice, I would definately be facing the operation. I persevered as instructed, and my condition is almost cured. With help from this department and the kindness shown, I now know, how to protect my voice in the long term. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone with a problem, to visit this department and do the exercises the lady will teach you, with such kindness and understanding. I don't think you could improve on what is already a brilliant service, in very pleasant surroundings. Thank you so much.
