The community midwife team have been amazing, extremely supportive and informative. I feel as I've been cared for so well.
Steph Wilkins has been an angel and made me feel safe and well looked after.
The breast feeding support has bee amazing and had such a positive impact on me and I feel so satisfied that I'm doing what I wanted to do more than anything. Hospital experience - Not so great - extreme lack of feeding support stating they didn't have the time.

Staff were very friendly, caring, supportive and knowledgeable.
All staff were approachable and support was always on hand.
Choices about my care were always explained to myself and my partner.
We had a great experience at crow borough.

The environment (home from home room, birthing room) exceptionally clean and calming.
The staff were all incredible. Always happy to help and very welcoming to both my partner and I. My birthing midwife Karen was the best I could have hoped for and made the birth so calm and relaxing. Kay also treated us so well and is so helpful.
Nothing needs improving on our experience it couldn't have been better.
