The environment (home from home room, birthing room) exceptionally clean and calming. The staff were all incredible. Always happy to help and very welcoming to both my partner and I. My birthing midwife Karen was the best I could have hoped for and made the birth so calm and relaxing. Kay also treated us so well and is so helpful. Nothing needs improving on our experience it couldn't have been better.
