I completed the 'Self Esteem and Emotional Wellbeing' group last week, the class was taken by Mr John Cassidy. It was a difficult class, given the subject matter and issues raised within the group. I felt well supported my by peers, and equally so by John and the staff at Chantry House. I felt that it was a safe environment. I think to adequately gauge the success of the class then you'd have to ask me in a few months time - there are barriers in the way of having a healthy level of self esteem, and to break those barriers was painful - I expect it to be this way for some time. After the group though, I feel much more adequately armed - with skills and knowledge based on CBT - to continue what I have laid groundwork for in the group, that being an emotionally healthy adult.

The reablement team have dramatically improved my quality of life because of their support. Each member of staff have been fabulous, easy to get on with and excellent support. I cannot fault this service. Thank you so much

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Always positive and obvious wanting to promote cognitive stimulation whilst it being fun at the same time. My mum has enjoyed it every time she has been here and tell everyone who will listen how good it is. Well done ladies. We think you are fantastic. Thank you for all that you have done.
