I gained confidence in my balance and walking. (The changing rooms could do with non slip mating as its very very slippy).Six weeks course was good but I felt I could gain even more with a longer course. My strength was increasing but now its stopped I hope to find a way to carry on improving. The course should be 10 weeks min for serious injury.

The frequency of my appointments (2 in first week, then one weekly, then forthrightly then month). The exercises building up strength and movement. Encouragement that I was going to mend and get better.

My care was very personal I was treated with great care and respect. At no time did I feel embarrassed/ or unanswered. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. It had given me back my confidence and improved my central and life style.
