The therapists understood my apprehension as I can not swim and do not like water much. Thanks to their help and because they explained to my husband the exercises I should do, my husband is now taking me to the pool to carry on the exercises on our own. Consultancy was excellent but I waited for a long period in the main lounge as it was not clearly indicated in the signage to wait further down the corridor this meant that time was wasted and the appointment was short.This could have been prevented if there was clearer signage or a separate reception for physiotherapy.
