Review of Therapy for You (NHS Talking Therapies) NE Essex
21st March 2022

My therapist (Matt Gale) was open and empathetic. Their delivery of CBT was flexible and tailored to my interests and goals. These bespoke sessions made for more engaging and impactful CBT outcomes. I am grateful to Matt for making a significant improvement to my everyday life by helping me accept and live with my anxieties.

Suggested improvements
Other than quite long waiting time to be assigned a Therapist, I do not believe that there is anything that could have been improved.

Review of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme
19th March 2022

Answer to what?

Suggested improvements
My only contacts with the team were by telephone and post so it would have been difficult for the team to predict my needs. So, very understandably, I think they they underestimated my general fitness. My breathlessness is much less severe now than at the start and the care I received may have contributed to this improvement. I would like to emphasis that the team was thoughtful and pleasant throughout. It's just a pity that face to face contact was not possible.

Review of South East Essex Primary Care Mental Health Team
16th March 2022

Because it’s my honest feedback. I genuinely felt that I was being heard and helped within the ridiculous boundaries you have to work within. I felt I was given everything possible. But without funding to help with peoples mental health problems, there is only so much the individual staff can do. But I did very much appreciate the kindness shown.

Suggested improvements
Nothing that is within your control. It’s down to funding.

Review of Primary Care Occupational Therapy Service
12th March 2022

When I first began working with my OT I was really nervous & never thought I get to where I am today, I was made to feel more positive about myself & confident, even when I had something that was bothering me she would try & find a way to help or find someone that could & if i had a question & I would think it’s stupid or silly she would continue to remind me there is no such thing as stupid or silly questions, I honestly couldn’t of asked for anyone better thank you so much for all your help words can’t describe how grateful I am.

Suggested improvements
Considering my OT was the only person in my area that does this I think she could use some support in extra staff for her also I think I could of done with some longer sessions towards the end other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.
