I have had asthma best part all my life. I now have and trying to live with long covid which has dramatically changed me as a man/person with still some level of anxiety and worrying
My therapist (Matt Gale) was open and empathetic. Their delivery of CBT was flexible and tailored to my interests and goals. These bespoke sessions made for more engaging and impactful CBT outcomes. I am grateful to Matt for making a significant improvement to my everyday life by helping me accept and live with my anxieties.
Answer to what?
I suffer with anxiety
I was happy and found it quite interesting.
Because it’s my honest feedback. I genuinely felt that I was being heard and helped within the ridiculous boundaries you have to work within. I felt I was given everything possible. But without funding to help with peoples mental health problems, there is only so much the individual staff can do. But I did very much appreciate the kindness shown.
Diagnosis is Clinical Depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

Felix was kind and I felt comfortable talking to him. I waited less than a week which was good as I was expecting the wait to be much longer.
When I first began working with my OT I was really nervous & never thought I get to where I am today, I was made to feel more positive about myself & confident, even when I had something that was bothering me she would try & find a way to help or find someone that could & if i had a question & I would think it’s stupid or silly she would continue to remind me there is no such thing as stupid or silly questions, I honestly couldn’t of asked for anyone better thank you so much for all your help words can’t describe how grateful I am.
