I received wonderful support and guidance with getting the correct treatment for my mental health, which has recently become worse. I have suffered with depression and anxiety from the age of 10 years old and I managed to cope with it very well. However, for the past 5 months it has been getting worse and my GP has been very helpful and supportive. She has put me on the right track for my mental health. I have been very happy with the treatment, support and care I have received so far. Know one has caused me any concern or making me feel uncomfortable. My GP has helped me a lot and I honestly am grateful for everything.

So far I don’t think anything else could be improved. Everything so far has been spot on and everyone has helped me a lot with my mental health.

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder. My mental health rapidly declined through huge changes in my life. I felt unable to cope and pretty desperate for help. Fortunately, I was given Matt Gale as my therapist and with his support, kindness and patience I have made many positive life changes. CBT has given me the tools to look at things in a different way and Matt was brilliant at explaining the basis of the therapy to me. He gave me time to explore what I wanted the therapy sessions to achieve along with practical advice on how I could reach my goals.

I am really pleased I took part in this therapy programme. My therapist really understood where I was coming from and I felt very comfortable opening up to her. Her approach was friendly, whilst remaining professional. I now feel ready to take more responsibility for how I deal with stresses in my life. It is reassuring that I can ask for help again in the future if needed.

Sometimes when ringing on no caller ID will ring multiple times, had a rude encounter with a nurse after ringing me 3 times (despite the original 2 times she rung me being at work), I answered it the third time and the nurse went “oh now you answer me then”
