My councillors name was Rachel, She was very kind, soft spoken, and always phoned on time. Every time I spoke to she made me feel a lot better in myself, I looked forward to speaking with her each time, Rachel done me the world of good and would recommend her for anyone in my situation.

Couldn’t not fault the Support I was given

Psychiatrist very kind, listens and tries to help. 3 Social Workers - impatient, abrupt, bordering on rude. The most Senior social worker is the worst mental healthy professional I have encountered. Blunt, aloof, cold in demeanour. Dismissive, no empathy, rude. There seems to be an attitude of what works for one patient should work for all. Absolutely no effort made to deal with any problems. A team full of people who refuse to return calls or even speak to a patient about their concerns Patients own views and feelings not respected. No real interest in supporting patients who wish to remain in work.

Learn to listen. Learn to respect other views. Treat people with dignity and respect. Basically try and act like a decent human being.

You were excellent. Sally wood always keeps to appointments that she made. I could ask her any question and she would give me answer. So very helpful

The staff and course gave me valauble information about how to live with my copd which was getting harder as my breathlness was getting worse.and i was getting concerned and worried.all team members poliite and very helpful.what i have learnt has improved my quality of life for the better ..i struggle less and have found i can do a little more.for instance 1 walk a day has really improved my lung function.great course.would highly recommend.

It was a very frightening and worrying time for me being diagnosed with Pulmonary TB but from day one after meeting Dr Jenkins and Gina i knew i was in excellent care. The communication from the team was brilliant and always felt i could speak to Gina at any time. I didnt have to worry about getting my medication as Gina always had it sorted and the 6 months seems to have passed really quickly. Thank you

I cannot think of a single thing that could have been done better. The TB service is excellent
