Psychiatrist very kind, listens and tries to help. 3 Social Workers - impatient, abrupt, bordering on rude. The most Senior social worker is the worst mental healthy professional I have encountered. Blunt, aloof, cold in demeanour. Dismissive, no empathy, rude. There seems to be an attitude of what works for one patient should work for all. Absolutely no effort made to deal with any problems. A team full of people who refuse to return calls or even speak to a patient about their concerns Patients own views and feelings not respected. No real interest in supporting patients who wish to remain in work.

Learn to listen. Learn to respect other views. Treat people with dignity and respect. Basically try and act like a decent human being.
