My social worker (Imogen) was so approachable and supportive. She’s great at what she does.
She made the time for me and the issues I was encountering and listened. Usually you just need someone to listen
Suggested improvements
It is hard to say, due to receiving care during Covid.
Once covid restrictions eased, we went for walks which was great!
