Learning how to help myself and advice from the booklet was very helpful. ALSO Emma Loo Ranger was more than helpful she was a great listener and very good at giving advice. Also so easy to convers with.
Laura listened and explained exactly how I have been feeling and told me I had been diagnosed with emotional disorder ( I did not know this )
Cant thank enough the help I got just from this call.
Regards
John
My therapist was excellent. Made sure I understood everything thorougly. Explained in detail why I was experiencing the anxiety, taught me how to cope in certain situations plus gave me the tools to use going forward.

Alex was very caring and I felt I could talk easily with her. She was also extremely knowledgable and gave me brilliant advice and put me in touch with invaluable services that I wasn’t aware of.
have received excellent care resulting in new medicines and good advice from Dietician. await results of new appointments end of month
The service is a game changer for people struggling to manage their mental health. Private therapists and counsellors are far beyond reach for people on low incomes. Being able to access skilled and caring therapists via the NHS makes such a difference and can enable real and positive change in peoples lives. Making them happier, more productive and at times even saving lives of struggling and vulnerable people. A fantastic service which has taught me new coping skills so a big thank you to everyone involved.
I was treated with respect, without feeling patronised. I received very helpful advice and one to one time to ensure that I correctly mastered the exercises and knew how to extend them when ready. Both of which have made an amazing difference to my knee problem. I would like to thank Emily and Mahi for their care.
The two day course was very useful, it was well presented and answered my questions that I asked about insulin and tablets being taken all at late afternoon and night. Tracey was very caring and kind to us all and researched information for some questions we asked, telling us the answers the following week. I enjoyed the course ,because we found out things about different insulin's and we learnt from each other.
