I was at my wits end, feeling extremely low & overwhelmed with everything I was experiencing. Stephen Adshead was assigned to me. He was a light in the darkness I was experiencing. Stephen showed me kindness & support. His manner & support helped to pull me back on track & I'm extremely grateful for the support he showed me

Stephen Adshead went above & beyond for me. I was extremely low, unwell, feeling isolated & lost. I couldn't have asked for more of Stephen. Stephen's a credit to the NHS & an asset to the community

I have asthma since a small child and been diagnosed with diabetes for about 5 years now

I found my personal experience both very professional and very helpful and hopefully after today’s visit I might have finally found the right people to trust and help me with my ongoing issues

It’s a shame that nothing gets done following these reviews Staff could listen to the patient Stop being dismissive And maybe help when dealing with vulnerable patients so suicide does not become the only way left for the patient

I had a stroke and although suffer mildly from some of the both, do not consider listing them my main concern was fatigue.

I received therapy for depression and anxiety. I have now been discharged but think depression and anxiety will always be something I have to deal with. I have now been given the tools to do so which puts me in an excellent position for the future.
